This is a prereview because we have yet to finalize anything through her. But She was amazing. We talked to multiple realtors during the day and Faye blew them all away with her dimeaner and was positive about our dreams and faith for a better situation for our family. We loved Faye and highly recommend her. If you are lucky enough to get her...she is very busy. Good luck and happy hunting.

Faye is an outstanding realtor who was very willing to work around our schedule, even showing us several properties on weekends and late evenings. She was always on time and very prompt returning emails and voicemails. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about properties and the market. From the very beginning I got the impression that she was more concerned about her clients needs rather than closing the deal. Would highly recommend.

Too many times I hear stories that amaze me but when I decided to go into real estate, my husband, Emerson (as I always called him) said "Why?" Such a change from nursing! Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Kimberly, ID.
Faye was an agent we orginally contacted 6yrs ago. Every so often we would start looking in the Twinfalls area from California. Faye never gave up on us buying and kept finding houses for us to look at. Finally we found one we loved and bought it in just 30 days. She really had to push some buttons to get things moving and she did it. After all these years Faye is like part of our family.

Thank you so very much and I feel the same way!! The interesting part of their home was the pond which had goldfish (Koi) in it and now we are all fish parents!!! They had babies!!! You always would call and let me know you were coming and we would go out looking. I always felt I was blessed! It definitely wasn't the sale I was concerned about as it was making lifelong friends and how that has become so important to me now!!!! God Bless you both!!! Faye

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Filer, ID.
Faye was wonderful in helping us find and buy our home! She was always cheerful and willing to work around our crazy schedules. She kept track of our preferences and was able to pull up new homes for us to review as they became available. She always made herself available to take us around to view homes (some places we viewed multiple times). When we had issues with closing due to errors from the lender and the seller she represented our interests well by helping us get the selling agent to pay a fine that would have been imposed upon us as the buyers. After closing she also followed up with us for help and direction in applying for our home owners tax exemption. Faye was always supportive and helpful all through the buying process. It was very apparent that she is willing to work hard to represent her clients in the best way possible. I would recommend her to anyone needing a Real Estate agent!

Bought a home in 2011.
We were very impressed with the knowledge Faye demonstrated regarding the many options of home buying available to us. Faye is very personable, and is excellent with customer service. If you want an agent who is going to listen to what you want, and is aggressively going to assist you in finding it, Faye is your agent! Our home buying was a wonderful experience and we have Faye to thank for it. She not only was a joy to work with but became a friend for life!

She has been working with us for several months now to help us buy a home. It is on a short sale and she has had to do a lot of checking to keep everything going. We dont have our home yet but trust her completley to get this all done. We would definatey reccomend her to anyone that might be looking for a realtor.

Short sales should definitely be called long sales. We always get our papers back to the bank in no time flat and it just seems the processors have slowed the works up!! The other agent, Matthew (representing the seller) has been an awesome communicator and I have loved meeting and working with Shirley and Wit!!! We will make it there-just don't know when! Bought a home in 2012.
Faye has exceeded her duties as an real estate agent, who I now call "my friend."
I'm a Law Enforcement Officer who works rotating shifts/overtime/call back etc.. so my time is very limited. My wife and I were 1st introduced to Faye when we called her in regards to a home which she had listed, with a sign in the front yard. We would call Faye on my days off, which always seemed to be on Sundays at odd hours (rain,wind & cold) but Faye would arrive, making calls to home owners assisting in viewing the house. Two months later, she helped us locate an ideal HOME which is now in the final stages of closing. When or If the times comes that I'm selling a home, we will use Faye as our agent because of her dedication and a heart of gold.

Helped me rent a home.
I have recently moved to the area of Twin Falls and Faye has been very helpful in finding a place that me and my family could move into. She has always responded to every email in a timely manner and returned all phone calls immediately. She has also taken the time to inspect properties that I inquired about and inform me of whether what was shown in pictures was accurate or not. I would recommend her to anyone else that is coming to the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kimberly, ID.
We've bought a house using Faye and we are now in the process of buying another house. The first house was easy, a cash deal, but this one is a lot of work for her. She has been great all through the process. As long as Faye is in this area, I will use her. I live in Rupert, ID and it's worth the extra distanse from Twin Falls to know I have a great person watching my back!

One of many families I have been Blessed to know, not only through 30 years of nursing, but now through my real estate adventure. It was amazing when I first met you as we had common threads and one realizes just how small our world is. And yes, this second sale has been a challenge but they say, "The road to what you want make be bumpy, but in the end, it is well worth it!"
