I started my search for agents on Zillow and came across Felicia's profile with all the impressive feedback she has earned. I skeptically wondered if it was just hype, or if she was really as good as the reviews indicate. The lack of any negative feedback (which she could not influence) was really what made me decide to meet with her and see if she if would be the right fit for me.
BEST DECISION EVER!
Of all of her great skills, most important to me was that Felicia really worked to understand my needs and present me with good options. I had a lot of constraints in my situation and Felicia exceeded my expectations for what an agent would or could do for me.
I can't recommend Felicia enough. If you are looking for any agent in the Kenosha area, you really can't go wrong with her.

Felicia is an extraordinary Realtor! Our home had been on the market for months when we contacted Felicia to discuss selling our home. I interviewed her extensively and she was confident, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and articulate. I knew right away she was the right person for the job. Felicia provided exceptional service. She did an amazing job marketing our home and had more showings in 3 weeks than we had in the previous 8 months! She conveyed immediate, honest feedback and was responsive to all of our questions in a timely manner. She is friendly, ethical, and extremely supportive. In our situation, a prior potential buyer wrote an offer on our home, yet Felicia continued to be the ultimate professional in assisting us through the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home!

My wife and I just purchased a property on April 26,2013. We closed in last than 4 weeks. Wow! I am so impressed with the service we received. Catering to our immediate request, get the keys for the property. The property we purchased needs some love and care, Felicia made sure we got it quick to begin the remodeling. It's a prefect home that will meet our needs, plenty of room and land to entertain a very large group of friends. IT IS SO AWESOME TO WORK WITH HER, I WOULD NOT HESITATE NOR BLINK TO WORK WITH HER AGAIN! MORE THAN A FIVE STAR. A DEFINITE TEN!

What I was looking for was very specific. I wanted a home with a large lot (1-2 acres) in between two densely populated cities. She told me it would be tough to find but that she was confident we would find it. In the first week she matched my description exactly but the bank was unwilling to negotiate the price. still confident she would find something for me we continued the search. The whole time she helped me refine my idea of a perfect home. Within 3 weeks she found me that home. It was a newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath on 8 acres of woods. It was more than I could have ever asked for. She negotiated the price very well and after the home inspection worked to have items replaced. I cannot believe I was able to get so much within my price range. I urge anyone to work with her!

There is no comparison when working with a realtor like Felicia! We are so thankful to have someone as hard working, dedicated, and generous as Felicia was when finding our new home. We were first time home buyers looking for a house to renovate and make our own. Felicia not only made sure to show us as many options as she thought fit our criteria she also gave good advice as in what price to offer (not too high, not too low), kept reminding us budget wise what we should or should not try to do, what her thoughts were on resale value (something I think people tend to forget about when buying a home), even wanted to work with us to find the best deals to start our renovating! The saying should not be "if there's a will there's a way" it should be "if there's a Felicia Werk, there's a way!" Felicia helps your dreams become reality. House buying can be a very stressful and scary but exciting process all at the same time, but Felicia takes the stress part into her own hands and is always in such good spirits and smiling that nothing can seem scary when working with her! We feel blessed that we found Felicia! We were re-locating from out of state and had no experience with realtors in the Kenosha area. We chose Felicia based on the positive reviews we read on Zillow.
The reviews were absolutely accurate. Felicia was on top of everything from beginning to end. She checked in with us frequently and always got back to us extremely quickly. If she didn’t have an answer for us on something, she would find out within minutes. She was very accommodating, which was a lifesaver since we were coming in from out of town.
Felicia was extremely professional, but also super fun to be around. She is an energetic, hard-working and very friendly realtor who genuinely cares about finding just the right home for your needs. She is a great problem solver and thinks of everything to make sure that as a buyer you are getting exactly what you want.
We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Felicia. If you choose her as your realtor you will not be disappointed!

Felicia offered more than we could have ever expected with the real estate process. From holding our hands through the unknown, to taking care of every worrisome detail for us, she made the home buying process a walk in the park.
Above all the expertise and efficiency, she was a great agent to work with on a personal level. Felicia is very kind and has a warm personality, which made home shopping enjoyable and inviting. She made an effort to understand our desires and dislikes, as well as relate each potential property to such. Felicia was fun to meet up and talk with, which we'll miss from ending this endeavor. My husband and I bought one of Felicia's listings as our first home; she was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, which, considering how stressful the process is, by nature, is remarkable.
She really shined, however, three years later when I called her out of the blue for help with pulling comps for a refi- she not only remembered the house, but my husband and I as well (and even our agent, which I had forgotten!) She provided them to me within 12 hours, and was just a joy to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Felicia is the most knowledgable, timely and professional real estate agent I have had the privilege to know and be involved with selling my home. My house was sold quickly (17 days) and I highly recommend Felicia as everyone's agent. She made the WHOLE experience as stress free as possible. As a person, she is so easy to work with and so caring. Felicia really helped me a lot and I am so thankful to her! I assure all potential buyers or sellers that Felicia Werk should be your only choice as YOUR agent if you want exceptional service and personable care.
We recently moved to the Kenosha-Racine area and didn't have any close friends or relatives in this area. When my wife suggested Felicia's name based on reviews on Zillow.com and Realtor.com, I was very skeptical. It was our first home purchase and a big buying decision (approx. $500,000 on the line), and I was simply not willing to select a Realtor based on anonymous customer reviews. But you know who one that argument! :)
When we first met with Felicia, she asked whether we would be ready to make a purchase within the next 6 to 8 weeks. I thought she would never be able to meet that timeline, meeting all the items on our wish list. But she amazed us over the next 4 weeks by:
? Working with us to closely understand our expectations about our first home ? Being extremely resourceful about the potential locations, nearby sub divisions, etc. ? Giving us ample options to choose from ? Being extremely honest and transparent along each set of the process ? Giving us sufficient time to think through the alternatives and react. Absolutely no pressure! ? Understanding that the home purchase is an extremely stressful activity for the buyer ? Stepping in and contributing as needed in the negotiation process ? And above all, FINDING US THE DREAM HOME!!!
Few specific examples of how Felicia rose above and beyond an average realtor: ? During the home inspection, few issues were identified and when the seller’s agent was unresponsive on fixing those issues, Felicia took a lead in arranging sub contractors ? Felicia proactively advised us to write-in few items into our offer which we could have easily missed out on ? During the entire process, Felicia never tried to sway our decision. She gave us the time and space and only stepped in and gave comments when we asked her to. She sincerely wanted us to like “our home”, rather than trying to simply sell us a house.
Felicia worked very hard to EARN the five stars we are giving her. We recommend Felicia to any future home buyer without any reservations. If you pass upon Felicia, you will be missing a hard working, pleasant, and sincere realtor who puts her customer first.
