For the last 25 years Fern was a real estate investor who bought and sold Coops condos, townhouses throughout Manhattan. Of critical importance are her strong communication skills, including her experience and ability to successfully deal and communicate with people from a wide range of countries, cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. In her first year as a real estate agent, she sold 10 Million dollars in real estate transactions and became a broker. Customer satisfaction and customer retention are Fern's personal goal; whether you are a buyer, a seller or a renter, she will stay focused on your goals until a successful transaction is completed. Fern loves the challenge of matching her clients' requirements to just the right home, and she can be persistent in her pursuit of their dreams.
Fern's sellers get a seasoned marketing professional with an eye for aesthetic presentation. Renters and buyers get an organizational "guru" who can streamline the process and aid in visualizing the full potential of any space. Having owned and managed her own portfolio of income properties, she understands the renovation process and is adept at seeing potential in any space when others may overlook.
Fern earned her bachelor's degree from CUNY, and her master's from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. She has traveled the world to many countries including Italy, France, Greece, England, Egypt and Canada, speaks French and Arabic fluently, and also understands Italian and Hebrew. She volunteers for the Susan Komen foundation and both Fern and her husband always volunteer for youth organizations. She is also a member of MCC Manhattan Chambers of Commerce, NAR and Fiabci. She is a proud mother of three children.
