We originally started in the manufactured home business by buying older mobile homes & replacing these with new manufactured homes in senior and all-age mobile home communities in Northern California similar to Vineyard Estates in Pleasanton, CA.

Pleasanton has a rich history & many senior services available to their senior citizens including their state of the art senior center in downtown Pleasanton. Today, most of the new homes are placed on private land or in senior park communities in Northern California including the Greater Bay Area in counties such as Contra Costa County, Alameda County, San Mateo County, Santa Cruz County, Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County, Solano County & more. We offer Fuqua, Karsten, Silvercrest and Champion manufactured homes in Northern California.

We now can offer luxury, pre-fab green and energy efficient homes without the custom price. From design to construction, our homes have been planned to provide energy efficiency, conserve natural resources & create a healthy environment. We can build a home from the very basic to the most luxurious, as secondary dwellings such as cottages, casitas & guesthouses. We offer timber-line (mountain/resort) type cabins & affordable farm, mining, ranch and vineyard approved HUD & MOD housing that meet State and Federal Government grant programs.

Ferris Financial Group, Inc. & it's programs with Clarion Mortgage Corporation gives our Company access to hundreds of lender's exceptional programs and competitive interest rates. Because of our manufactured & pre-fab specialty, we have access to more lenders than most other companies. This results in lower down payments, interest rates & monthly payments.
