Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Prosperity Church Road, Charlotte, NC.
Sarah Moore helped us sell a difficult home at OUR PRICE and did it within an amazing time frame. We will be using her to sell another home later this year as well as to purchase our next home when the time comes. Great end to end experience. We met with quite a few realtors along the way and no one made us confident that we could get the result we wanted until meeting sarah. She was very different than everyone else...up front and honest while being very committed to getting what her customer wanted. Awesome Job! Thank you

Helped me rent a home.
Sarah Moore was so great to work with when we were moving into the area from California. She had a vast knowledge of all areas in and around the Charlotte Metro area and helped us figure out the best area for us. She is honest, and was always fighting for us to make sure we got what we wanted. Sarah is now part of our family. When it's time to buy, we are definitely be calling Sarah Moore!

Sold a home in 2008.
Sarah did an amazing job with the sale of our home. I was not only amazed by her knowledge of the realestate market but her marketing skills were second to none. Her nack for taking pictures made our home look even so much better than I thought possible. I never had trouble getting in touch with her and when she did miss my call, it was always returned promptly. Sarah still stays in touch and just made me feel like family. She also helped us purchase our new home and she was a strong negotiator and patient with us. Cream of the crop!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Kannapolis, NC.
We moved into the area from out of state and unfortunately started out working with another realtor. After a year of frustration and endless unanswered phone calls Sarah was recommended to us by a friend of our daughter. What a difference ! We absolutely love working with Sarah. She is on top of both the buying and selling process from start to finish. She is professional and knowledgeable and at the same time quickly becomes a friend and ally. She is realistic and honest, no guesswork.

Sarah is a great realtor, I would highly recommend using her. She is very knowledgeable, stays on top of everything throughout the process and will fight for her clients. Where some realtors are hard to get in touch with, Sarah is always available. That's a nice feeling when you have so much on the line. Definitely try her out, you won't be disappointed!

Sarah is an extremley hard worker..She doesn't give up. She has sold our home and now is helping me find a new one. She made everything during the process an ease and stress free.

Sarah puts everything into her job. She helped my husband and I find a hope when we moved to the area.
I also know Sarah has helped many families not only buy/sell their homes but also saved many of them from financial disaster. Alot of families in trouble with their mortgage just give up but not Sarah - she puts in long hours working to help a family sell their home sometimes via short sale before the bank takes everthing including that family's financial future. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for an agent that is not only very knowledgeable but also one who actually cares about the well being of the families she represents.
