Bought a home in 2012.
I made a decision to move down to Irvine from Silicon Valley. Knowing no one there, I definitely needed a reliable realtor. Christina came to the picture because of the words of mouth. I didn't have much time and needed to find a house to move in. Christina was very professional. She sent me emails of the listing houses, keeping me informed of the present market. When kids and I finally took a 4-day house hunting trip, she had everything organized. She wasted no time to acquaint us with Irvine neighborhoods and show us the target houses. I was so impresses at her knowledge, efficiency, and bargaining talent. She has been a local resident for two decades. She shared with me her experiences of raising up her own children, which I feel is a big plus to us since my two boys are transitioning to a different school district. I was also touched by her hospitality, generosity, and genuine caring for us as a family. I was able to find a desirable house within a short period of time. Christina helped me with all the transactions using e-docs, which saved lots of troubles. She also referred to me many things I needed, including school information, home-owner insurance, furniture stores, etc. After we came back from the trip and in the midst of her busy schedule, Christina continued to take care of all the practical details while I was away. As our real estate agent, Christina Shaw did an excellent job from start to finish. We had been searching for a house on our own for several months without much success when we finally decided to get professional help. Finding Christina was an answer to our prayer. She really did go the “extra mile” and did above and beyond what we expected from any other real estate agent. Not only does Christina have many years of experience in real estate, is sharp and knows the market well, but she also cares about the spiritual aspect of purchasing a home. One thing we really appreciate is that whenever we met with Christina to view a home, she always took the time to show us more than one house, and not just the one we had asked to see. It is for that very reason that we were able to find our present home. Christina did a great job negotiating with the seller /listing agent. She also worked fast and efficiently.
