We used FFSI to purchase our first home. We were prepared for the onslaught of requests for extra information, which is required by Federal Regulations. Our loan processor, Judy, was very helpful and stayed in close communication with us the whole time. When other lenders and banks were quoting 35-45 days to close escrow, FFSI was actually able to close a whole week early (only 28 days) and the loan funded immediately, which is something we didn't expect in California.
