By far, the best experience I have had with any lender and I have had plenty of contact due to my work in the area of real estate development and I have refinanced a couple times prior. I feel compelled to give the highest recommendation possible to Brian Smith because of the level of effort he put in to create a viable option for me when most other lenders were unwilling. I had excellent credit until last year and a very high debt ratio. Instead of doing a cursory look at my application, Brian spent a significant amount of time figuring out various options to make this work. Not only was he creative, diligent and knowledgable of various products, his bedside manner was comforting. After securing a loan package that could work, Brian was responsive to my many questions and emails. Lastly, at the time of closing, when a kink arose, he immediately got to work and created a solution that was more than better than what I anticipated. I found Brian on Zillow....never heard of him or his company. You would have thought he was a long time friend who happend to be in the business. I must also recognize Jennifer Pugliese for her work on my file. Patient, knowledgable and timely with all documents. She also had a great bedside manner. I highly recommend Brian Smith and Jennifer Pugliese to anyone who is in need of a stress free loan experience.…More Less
