Showed home in 2012 in Four Corners, Nashville, TN 37013.
I first met Mr. Leftwich when I when someone referred me to him to prepare my taxes in 2007. As we discussed my tax situation he got on the topic of real estate. I was intrigued by his perspective and his insight encuraged me to begin thinking about the prospect of home ownership.
We stayed in touch over the time and this spring I decided to get into market of buying. Even though I ultimately did not purchase due to some financing issues, He was always accessible and provided valuable insight about the home ownership experience and process. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $75K in Kenmore, Nashville, TN.
I met Mr. Leftwich years ago through a mutual friend.He always advocated home ownership every moment he could.Years later in 2009, he approached me and informed me of the $8000 Home Buyer Tax Credit.That convinced me to get into the housing market. Even though I was approved for $110,000 loan Harley found exactly what I wanted and needed for $80,000. I am now under the process of listing my same home with him to sell at a very nice gain! He will be my listing and buyer's agent going forward.
