Me and my fiance' got into the real estate market to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit being offered to first time buyers.
We met Harley through a family member.
We told him what we were looking for and our price range. I was pre-approved for $100,000. However, like anyone, we would want to spend the least amount possible due to our desire to save on the downpayment and use our funds to rennovate our new home.
Harley found us a home that was a HUD foreclosed home which was listed for $100,000 and we closed on it at $80,000!
Harley pointed out where there was room for expansion in the home to add more square feet. My finace' did the work himself and we added over 300 sq foot to our home and much in value.
I am considering putting my home on the market depending on its value.
Harley has always sent me alls sales history in our subdivision and the way its looking- my home is now worth up to $110K- $120K range.
Harley is great and always very informative.
I will use Harley as my agent either to sell my property or help me find another.…More Less
