Summary:

He was very honest about our loan options and even suggested some ideas that others did not. We consulted directly with him after the initial online rate request and he re-approved us for a lower rate based on that conversation. Very respectful businessman and honest person.

Summary:

Chris burns was never available to follow up on the quote he gave on my mortgage. I've tried to reach him on every number he has published, but there has never been any followup on my request. Its now at the point where his voicemail box is full and not even accepting any more messages! I think this quote as not genuine from the start, and this lendor is not very ethical…More Less

This was over a year ago. I must have taken the day off. Probably shouldn't have quoted you the day before taking off. The voicemail does tend to fill up within an hour or two if not checked constantly. I never got an email from you or I would have been able to follow up with you when I got back to the office. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are indeed both genuine and ehtical in our practices!
