How do you go about providing information to client to rate you?
Where am I directing clients to rate me based on their quotes and our follow up and eventual closings? I'm only a few days into this and don't see where I can find a page to hyperlink via email to have clients rate me based on our dealings together.

Exactly. How do you promt them to rate you after you? Assuming that you: 1. submitted a loan quote.2. the client follows up with you3. you engage in dialogue4. you either close the loan or aren't able to In this scenario how do you go about prompting the client on how to leave a comment for you if they are not aware of how to do it? I also am not sure at this point how to direct them to do it either.

You can only have one FHA loan at a time. You can have more than one property but the one FHA loan you have must be on your primary residence.
