Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Monterey, CA.
I cannot overstate the impact that Sean and Jasmine had on the purchase of our home. I am confident that without their help we would not have closed, and I sincerely doubt that another real estate agency would have given us the personal attention that we required to get this deal done.
My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Monterey, CA. The property was a short sale. Throughout the process, the seller's agent, the seller's lender, the short sale negotiator they used and even my bank repeatedly made mistakes that threatened to sink the deal. Sean and Jasmine were able to hold the deal together and seemed to be the only ones who understood the intricacies of the transaction and the big picture of what needed to be done. They are clearly experts at short sales, which are apparently the most complicated of residential real estate transactions. Several times during the process I thought that we were going to lose the house because of mistakes by the other parties involved, but Sean and Jasmine worked their tails off to keep that from happening. Not only did they earn every penny of their commission, but they deserve the listing agent's and the short sale negotiator's commissions as well, seeing as how all they did was mess things up, which required Sean and Jasmine to practically do their jobs for them.
As if all the work they did to close this deal wasn't enough, the best part was that they kept me completely informed and explained every step of the process to me along the way. I am a very hands-on person and, being a first time home buyer, wanted to be involved and understand what was happening, especially when things weren't going well. Sean and Jasmine were extremely attentive and always made time to answer my questions and explain things to me, without ever making me feel like I was imposing.
