Lenders: What's your Zillow quote to app to fund ratio? Added bonus Q: bps grossed?

Response

Thanks to all who contributed their stats (yet I'm wondering... aren't there more?  Guess that exhausts the regulars... again, thanks)  CL, I hope it's a good bar w/good Irish beer ;-) As per my profile, it's just marketing - no need to get all bent out of shape.  I'm no one special, I subscribe to MMG & Barry's team gives me the current FNMA charts & market data that helps me look good to borrowers.  I've gone to seminars, listened to mp3s, and try to remember what I've learned!  To any and all who've taken offense... sorry... and lighten up ;-b

Lenders: What's your Zillow quote to app to fund ratio? Added bonus Q: bps grossed?

I just started on Z two days ago.  I'm curious, how are you all doing out there on Zillow?  I've read anywhere from 800:1 (ouch!) to "two $1m+ loans in one month" (nice AA). So, rather than make this a moan n groan thread, please simply reply like this: Quotes: ____ Contacted by Z bwr: _____ Apps: ______ Fundings: _____ Apps in process: _____ Thanks!

Just plugged in pur/excellent fico/blah/blah/blah... New Savings ProposalYour New Loan Program: 30 Year FixedYour New Loan Amount: $400,000.00Your New Interest Rate: 6.5%Your New Loan Payment: $2,528.27 * Tax & Insurance ExtraPoints: 0Wow, considering the cheapest wholesale source is at -1.625% right now (ah, repost for the better - that's refreshing, it's been a while!)... I wonder where all that rebate money's going to!? (I wonder if their 6.5% is off a 7 or 12 day lock... if compared to 12, rebate jumps to -1.875) Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I've gotta blog on this one!

One option would be looking into what the counselers at the government sponsored Hope Now program can do (http://www.995hope.org). Though, due to the overwhelming amount of requests for help they’re receiving right now (http://loanworkout.org/2007/09/29/995-hope/)… they may not be of much help (especially since your ARM hasn’t adjusted, much less have you fallen behind).Lastly:Please vote "yes" if you found this post helpful on the button below (lenders too... there's good stuff in here for you all as well! ;-)Resources:FHA Max Loan Limits Per County: https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/hicostlook.cfmGreat Loan Workout Sites: http://www.loansafe.org & http://loanworkout.orgTrusted Credit Repair: www.creditresourcecorp.comTrusted Loan Modification Company: http://www.homerescueprograms.com/ (Great helpful site too. I’ve personally spoken to Jim a couple of times. Nice guy.
