Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Newberry, FL.Summary:
Tom Leinbaugh did a fantastic job of listing and our marketing house for a low flat fee - we really got our moneys' worth and thoroughly recommend that you give very serious consideration to using Tom/Moeller Realty to list your property. Tom spent a lot of time giving us information on how to prepare the house for listing, showing, and inspection. He took countless photos of the house and made it look outstanding with his presentation and listing detail on multiple web sites as well as the local Gainesville TV channel. He followed up promptly to emails and was always available by phone. We were referred to Tom (Moeller Realty) by a friend in our neighborhood, and also by our neighbors in the same street that listed & sold with him. We only paid 3% to the selling agent instead of the usual 6% (3% to the listing agent and 3% to the selling agent). This saved us over $10,000 and, our house was sold within 14 days! Some Realtors we spoke with warned us to "stay away" from this type of listing and went on to tell us that a) we would not be represented or serviced well by Tom, and b) if we listed with him, they wouldn't show the house! Really - this was so petty & unbelievable, and based on everything else we heard we just went ahead and very happy we did - Great service, great photos and TV presence. And - it was shown by a bunch of other Realtors after all, and Tom of course. I don't normally gush and seldom ever write reviews, but this was such a refreshing approach to a "normal" Realtor/transaction who lists a house, walk away, and get 3% for doing virtually nothing!
