Sold a Condo home in 2008 in South End, Roxbury, MA.
Ms. Giordano represented me on the sale of a NYC studio coop apartment during a challenging time in the real estate market. She was extremely knowledgeable, straighforward (no real estate agent mind games), honest and rigorous in her representation of me and did an outstanding, professional job. She remained courteous even during difficult conversations about my desires vs what the market could bear and did it all long distance!! Frankly, I wish more real estate agents were like her. She should be teaching seminars to other professionals on how to care for clients and their assets in a respectful manner and with heartfelt generosity of spirit and commitment.

Florecen is a very energetic; mindfull of others; and goal oriented. She has been my friend for many years, and I can count on her for unbiased advise.

Florence is a no-nonsense Agent who took the time to listen to my needs, scour the city to find the perfect match, and worked with me to schedule appointments to view apartments that fit around my busy schedule. She was a true advocate for me and I felt protected from an unscrupulous deal because of her knowledge and expertise in dealing with all flavors of sellers. I have recommended her to several of our friends that have had similar, wonderful experiences. The fact she treats everyone with respect and human dignity goes a long way in my book, it seems so few agents do these days. Florence is one of a kind. We won't make a move without her and neither should you.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Upper East Side, New York, NY.
We worked with Florence from a recommendation of a friend who is in the RE business and could not have been more happy. She was great to work with and a pleasure as a person. She is knowledgeable, patient and very hard working. I highly recommend her and we will be working with her again in the future.

Florence has impressed me with her professionalism and determination. She has such detailed knowledge of the apartment market, the inner workings of the home buying experience, and a good read of people in the search process. She acts very expeditiously, consolidates open house tours efficiently, and does all the follow up requested of her with a detailed report before you expect. When it came to decision making she knew to bring the right questions to the table to help my thought process. She also negotiated with finesse, and maintained a smooth flow through all her interactions; there were never any difficult situations. I'll continue to maintain a relationship for future needs, and highly recommend Florence to anybody who wishes to find a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
I sold my apartment and bought a new one with Florence's guidance last year. It was a harrowing experience-trying to coordinate the sale and the purchase at the same time. Florence was very reassuring and very responsive to my concerns. She always got back to me in a timely fashion, and handled the other brokers and mortgage officers with tact and kindness. She made a very stressful situation very manageable with her superb skills.I felt she was holding my hand every step of the way and I knew she would be "there"for me if and when I needed anything-even a little reassurance.
I am happy to say I am thoroughly enjoying my new apartment, and I thank Florence for making this all happen for me.
I definitely will recommend her to any of my friends who are looking to buy and sell.

Helped me rent a home.
She is extremely helpful and I felt comfortable asking her for help. She found me several apartments in a timely manner. She offers her professional opinions and negotiates with the management office. For instance, I was "okay" with one of the apartments she showed me. However, Ms. Giordano did not want me to settle down for less and she found more apartments for me. I remember the management office was extremely impressed by Ms. Giordano when she gathered the documents they requested from me. She professionally and neatly put my documents together. As a result, I got the apartment!!
I cannot thank Ms. Giordano. I will definitely contact her if/ when I decided to move.

Florence Giordano was a pleasure to work with. When I was looking for a broker a good friend recommended Florence (he used her to both sell his apt and to purchase a new home). I found Flo to be honest, dedicated and a delight to work with. Often times with other brokers I have worked with in the past, I never knew what their motive was for encouraging me one way or the other. She even helped me sell my moms condo in Florida during the worst real estate downturn in South Floridas history. She got it sold quickly and for a good price! With Flo I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. Both my closings went smoothly and I would encourage anyone to work with her to buy, sell or rent their property.
