    My name is Dave Wiley and I reside in the Florida Keys with my wife and two young kids. I have been a Keys homeowner and business owner for the past 26 years so I know the neighborhoods and community well.



    2006 marked my 20th anniversary as a full time flats fishing guide (http://www.keywestflats.com) and the addition of providing the services of real estate to buyers and sellers. This was a natural expansion for me as many of my fishing clients turn into Florida Keys second home owners or even residents.
