I have a question about using the maps when you are not the listing agent. Today I let everyone know 1061 Solana Circle, Davenport, Florida is for sale but it is not mapped correctly. Is there a way to fix this?

Quick question
Is there a way to add a new development with different floor plans or picutre of different homes available thru this builder without being the listings agent?

Thank you zillow doomers. Please keep promoting renting

As long as the rent stays high, that means more business for me. People will get sick of paying high rents and decide to buy a home of thier own.

Real Estate Professionals where are you from?

Reply
Hello, My name is Jackie Fortier.I work in the Disney area, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont and Haines City. This area is mostly investor friendly fully furnished vacation/holiday homes. My speciality is working with buyers and sellers from the United Kingdom. Things are picking up. The homes under $250,000 are being sold quickly and I have seen more newly built homes starting to go up. That is always a good sign. I also work in residential sales in those areas as well as Winter Haven, Lake Alfred, Auburndale, Polk City and north Lakeland.

Walk Away

You really need to think of all the angles to this before you just jump on the band wagon and throw your home to the wind.Is it the home you live in, investment home,  or a vacation home? Prices are at a low but things are changing slowly. It really depends on where the home is located. Did you get the low APR for 3-5 years when you bought the home? If you are in the middle of that 3-5 , don't throw the home away. Hold on to it for at least another year if you can and then sell. The market is ever changing. Just my two cents.

Would You Contract a Part Time Real Estate Agent to List Your House?

Reply
I agree Marci! If you can't reach the agent your working with, whats the point of having a mobile phone. The ONLY time I do not answer my phone is if I am showing homes. It is a little disrepectful to be talking on the phone when you are supposed to be working with your buyers. I do answer any messages asap.Listings are most times handled by the broker's office anyway unless the listing agent has to be there to show the home. I work in this industry full time and then some. It does not make me any better than another real estate professional, I just don't have time to work another job. I am in this business because I love it!I enjoy meeting new people and hopefully finding them the home of thier dreams. My family does not have a second income, so my career path is a little strained at the moment, but tomorrow is another day.  ^_^

Question about "bank owned property"

Reply
Most of the time if the home is already bank owned, it has already gone through foreclosure proceedings, an auction (where they didnt get 75% of the the amount owed), and now the bank has it back. They are willing to deal somewhat, depending on how long they have had it.
