I live in Central Florida just west of the Disney Area.Still close enough to the big cities without being in Orlando or Tampa. There are alot of Foreclosures/bank owned homes in the Davenport area. Most were used for vacation homes that were fully furnished. You definitely have to do your homework on these homes. Some are in good condition with minor repairs but others have been stripped clean.One home, they even took the doorbell outside the home.
