Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in North Liberty, IA.
On 10 Aug 12 my wife and I closed on the coolest condo in North Liberty, Ia with the assistance of Chelsey Speers from the Laura Soride Team. We live in Los Angeles and were a little hesitant about purchasing a property so far away without being able to see it in person. We explained to Chelsey what our needs AND fears were..she told us not to worry, that she would handle the whole thing for us. SHE WAS TRUE TO HER WORD! The process went smoothly as she guided us through everything! We gave her a list of homes we were interested in, she checked them out and gave us her HONEST assessment of them...the pros and cons. She gave US a list of her recommendations based upon our needs and sure enough the condo we ended up with...WAS PERFECT! She even handled the home inspection for us! She was our eyes and ears in Iowa! Her knowledge of the area was outstanding! She was friendly, upbeat, very personable and professional...a true gem! Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Alameda, CA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Coralville, IA.
My husband and I bought our first home last year. We were clueless on where to begin. We got Laura's number from a friend. I was very impressed with her. As much as buying a home can give some one high anxiety, Laura made everything easy. She was very knoweledgable about it all and was able to give us advice that we did not know where to begin. She was easy to get a hold of and made her self available all the time. She also gave us referrals of other contacts we would need for the future. Im so glad we were referred to Laura.
