Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Trinidad, CA.
Buying a short sale home is not always easy. Being a real estate agent from another area, We were apprehensive at first. However,Sue and Sarah were very professional. Communication with us, the lender, and inspectors were great.
We were very satisfied with them. Well done.

She takes the hassle out of preparing your property for sale and as we were getting on with our life in OH, Sue took care of arranging painter, carpet installer and inspectors for us, sent us the bills and made sure the work was done economically and right.
