Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Wellington, CO.

We went through Christine to sell our house, but the entire experience was a disaster. While we sold our home in the time period we desired, Christine didn't support us and represent us well. She constantly treated us and our home as a foreclosure (it was a normal move for us because my husband is in the military) and incorrectly listed our basement as a partial when she had seen it was a full basement. She repeatedly looked at lowering our price from the day we put it on the market, even though the other agents in the area said it was priced to sell and extremely fair. She doesn't return emails or phone calls until a few days later, always stating she was busy with another client. How hard is it, if you are busy to send a message stating you will get in touch and you received the email/voice mail. Also, she would bend over backwards for the buyer's agent but tell us we had to be careful with how we dealt with him because he had been in the business for so long. She didn't represent us well and this lead to the buyers waffling about the closing date and getting their paperwork completed to close. We had to change the date 3 times! She doesn't do open houses, doesn't email other realtors about your listing, send out mailers, or actively advertise your home unless it is on the main real estate websites. By the end of the sale, we were no longer working with her because the owner had to step in because she messed stuff up. She is unreliable and inexperienced as a seller's agent. Never use her to sell your house! Oh and the only reason we used her is because she was referred to us by USAA's Buyer's Advantage ( Which she now has a bad review through them too!) NEVER USE HER!!!

Selling a home can be one of the most stressful times in your life, change is never easy. No matter how hard I try, there are aspects of a transaction that I am unable to control and not what my clients would like. I work hard to keep clients informed. Sometimes, I have to provide news that clients do not wish to hear. I work closely with title companies, relocation companies, lenders and other agents to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible to accommodate my client’s needs. I have had many rave reviews and have received the Century21 Pinnacle Quality Service Award each year for receiving a 95% or better satisfaction rating. I take pride in being the best and have acquired many advanced designations including GRI, CDPE, SFR and ABR. I will soon receive my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is awarded to less than 4% of all agents in the country. I love what I do and consider myself to be one of the best. If there is any question, I would gladly provide references.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Fort Collins, CO.

I having nothing but high marks for Christine. Upon setting out to view homes, she quickly learned what I was looking for and immediately went to task to find me the right place.

As a novice homebuyer, I entered a varsity level purchase that took several hair-raising months to complete. Throughout the process Christine did everything within her power to not only make the sale go through, but to provide support, well-balanced advice and to reassure me in whatever way she could.

Whether advising me to speak to a particular inspector, lending an opinion on the work needed on the home I intended to purchase or helping me to research contractors and permit processes, Christine always acted within my best interests.

Above all else, I enjoyed a good rapport with Christine. She was pleasant to talk to and it was a pleasure interacting with her over the months that we worked together. I highly recommend Christine to anyone seeking a no-pressure agent that will go to bat for you and equip you with the information that you need to make an informed decision.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Windsor, CO.

I recently worked with Christine to sell my townhome (seller's agent) and purchase a new house (buyer's agent). I was able to close on my purchase of the new house and the sale of my townhome within a two week period. In today's market, that was well beyond my expectations.

Christine brings a number of strengths. - She knows the process. I can't imagine a smoother process of purchasing and selling property. She kept me informed at all times and made sure that the paperwork continued to move forward. - Christine knows a lot about houses. As we looked at houses, she would point out special features as well as things that we might need to be concerned about. Without her advice, I'm afraid that we could have made some serious mistakes in buying the wrong property. - Christine did a great job of helping me stage my property. It showed great and I'm sure that helped drive the quick sale. - She knows a lot about the market. She helped us evaluate whether the properties we were looking at were either overpriced or fairly priced.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the services provided by Christine and would recommend her highly.

Showed home in 2010 in Dover, Carr, CO 80612.

After carefully researching the availability of the type of property I was looking for, Christine spent the better part of two days showing me homes that could fit my criterion. She is very knowledgeable about house construction and pointed out ways I could improve some of the properties and some real difficulties I could have with others. As this is my first purchase, she outlined the home buying process and helped me understand what to expect from my lender. She was on time for our meetings and came prepared. Currently, two of my friends are planning to move locally and I have recommended Christine wholeheartedly. The amount of effort she put into working with me causes me to rethink my expectation of a real estate agent and, for me, sets the standard.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Greeley, CO.

unbelieveble attention to detail and customer service. The entire sale was from New Jersey so she had to do many things on her own to help me through the sale. She is a dinstinc asset to her company and her trade. She is also going to provide her services for my daughter's house sale and new purchase. I would highly recommend Christine to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Fort Collins, CO.

Christine helped me purchase my first home in Fort Collins. She showed me around, shepherded us through a fairly annoying lending process, and was in constant contact throughout the process.

Highly recommended. She's friendly, on top of things, and all around great to work with.
