I would sincerely like to thank you for your help in finding me two properties. I told you of the areas I would like to purchase. And you immediately sent me listing until I found the properties I purchased. You also helped me find tenants to occupy my mothers properties. I am sincere when I say thank you for your help and dedication.

Sincerely

James Walton

Helped me rent a home in Roxbury, Boston, MA 02119.
Mia assisted me in finding a great apartment in an emergency/last minute situation. In no time I was in a great, new apartment. I was more than satisfied with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to assist in the process. If/when I find myself in a similar situation or when I am ready to buy I will not hesitate to give her a call. Highly recommended!
Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $325K in Hyde Park, Boston, MA.
My wife, our beloved 2 children, and I were blessed to have engaged Mia for our family home purchase in 2009. Mia's knowledge of Boston offered us viewing we would have easily passed. As we canvased our areas of interest over a 3-month period, Mia was always patient, on time, and ready with unparalleled advice: "It's your money and you want a house you can enjoy; if you are not sure or you don't like a place, you should keep looking." Simply amazing! And when we did find a place we liked, Mia was equally patient and communicated effectively with the seller's agent, our attorney, and us. In the end, we purchased the home of our dream without a hitch. Mia is now and forever our FAMILY REALTOR whom we recommend to relatives and friends.
I listed a property with Mia Cameron at a 9:30am meeting and by 6:30 pm I had an interested buyer .. She not only sold my home during a bad time to sell I walked away with a profit .. She also assisted my current tenants with finding new housing at no cost to them or me . I would use her brokerage again .
Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 in South Dorchester, Dorchester Center, MA.
My experience with Mia was excellent she was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and put me in touch with all the right people to make the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend and use her services again.
Bought a Multi Family home in 2014 in Roxbury, Roxbury, MA.
I have been working with Mia on buying a condo in Boston. I have yet to close. I have found Mia to be very helpful and professional. I am a 1st time buyer so the processed has been a bit confusing for me. She has always been available to answer questions. She has always called me back usually within an hour, and if I text her she responds within minutes (less than 5). She was and continues to be very flexible as it relates to getting access to the property (for estimates and such). She also helped me negotiate a significant decrease in the offering price. I have found her to be a invaluable resource in my process of purchasing a new home. And would strongly recommend her to my friends and family. She was Great!
Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Mattapan, Boston, MA.
I have worked with Fort Hill Brokerage and in particular Mia for 5+ years. I have found her work ethic and commitment to be a standard of excellence that is becoming tough to achieve in the technology age. Her strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the field interface's seemlessly with industry technology to create a modern and contemporary service that fits my needs.
I have found her to be resourceful, innovative and encouraging of client participation in the sale/purhcase process. It is these intangible skills that Mia and Fort Hill brokerage has earned my strongest endorsement.
Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Roxbury, Roxbury, MA.
Ms. Mia Cameron used her expertise and professionalism to represent me in selling a property in an efficient and quick fashion and I was over 1500 miles away from Boston. Her attentiveness to detail, my needs and the needs of the buyer expedited things and made the whole experience very simple for me. Her communication skills laid each step out for me and she provided all information I needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mia to anyone primarily because of her professionalism, her attention to detail and due to her customer satisfaction skills.
I went to an open condo she had, 64 Highland ave. I made an offer next day that she came and picked up from my work place.the signed the dual agent agreement, and the offer $1000 above the asking price. There was only one offer at the asking price of $259 k. This at 5 Pm Monday or Tuesday 10-11 Feb 2014.
Next day morning at 9 am I received a phone call from her saying my offer has been accept and will talk later.
At 12 am I received a phone call from her saying my offer is not accepted anymore. Reason is my per-approval is note up to date. She knew that the evening before when she took the offer, because I told her so. It was may be 3-4 months passed.
I told her no problem I will get you an up dated one in 30 min. She said no they cannot wait and hang up the phone. Within 30 min, I contacted the Citizens Bank and emailed her the up dated one. Never heard from her again. She knew and said ok that my bank letter wasn't up to date. If she told me that in the morning when she called to tell me that the offer is accepted. I could have got a new one before
So she did get another offer, and now public data, the condo was sold $264 K. As a good faith agent she could have told me that there was a new counter offer, without telling me how much, I would have increased my offer easily by $5K. I am qualified for that.
This kind of behavior is just not professional. Untrustworthy.
Response from Mia on 08/08/2014
Greetings Mr. Abdel Brahimi; Please allow me to help clear some things up for you.
1. The property you are referring to is 69 Highland St #2, not 64 Highland St.
2. Your offer was made on Mon 2/10/14, good until 5pm Tues 2/11/14.
Tues morning I informed you that the sellers would like to accept your offer, but it has an outdated (invalid) preapproval. The sellers gave a 12pm deadline. After speaking with your bank, your transaction ceased. Please speak to them for details. I called you back 12pm (not AM) and explained this.
As for money, your dual agency offer would have produced double the commission received. Mass law required me to move on to the next offer at the sellers request as you were not prepared to make a valid offer. That is what I did.
Mr. Brahimi, I have never had a dissatisfied client and I value you as a customer. I’d be honored to sit and explain the offer process again in greater detail to help prepare you to become an informed, successful home buyer.
