Justin did a great job. He helped us find the dream home we had been looking for. Not only did he find it but he helped us save thousands by negotiating the best deal with the bank. I will call Justin when ever I have real estate needs and will recomend him to all my friends.

Justin Ruzicka is extremely knowledgeable in many areas within the real estate market up to and not including property availablilty, market and resale value. He is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile to expedite property transactions in a timely manner with all details entact. Justin has handled several transactions for me over the years, all without a hitch. The transactions were more difficult due to the fact that I am not in the Florida area and his communication and follow-up work were invaluable.
