If there were more than 5 stars I would give all the stars there are.... This was the most pleasant, professional and friendly Realtor I have ever encountered and personally, I was never very fond ot Realtors. Fran is a Gem, she found exactly what I dreamed of and the transaction went fast, easy and without any problems. Five stars to Fran Cisek for selling our house and making my brother, the buyer and myself very happy. She kept us informed even though my brother and I both live over 300 miles from the Hernando County area. We never even had to travel there. She took care of all the details. I was delighted that the back taxes were paid as part of the contract and every other necessary detail was addressed.
