If there were more than 5 stars I would give all the stars there are.... This was the most pleasant, professional and friendly Realtor I have ever encountered and personally, I was never very fond ot Realtors. Fran is a Gem, she found exactly what I dreamed of and the transaction went fast, easy and without any problems. She was more of a friend than just a business partner and helped to make my dream come true! I would not use any other Realtor, as a fact I have her sell my other home. I am a retired Sheriff with 32 years law enforcement service in the state of Nevada. So you can imagine how alert I am to the scams and phoney games that occur within our society now days. Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2007 for approximately $550k in Brooksville, FL.Summary:
Fran was our Realtor a few years ago when we bought our 70 acre farm in Brooksville. Being it was such a large investment we took several trips to the property to check it out. Every time we went we had to .contact Fran so we could get on the property. Every time we up at the property we were with a smile and a friendly hello.
