Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Goshen, IN.
Francee listed my property in Goshen, Indiana even though she is focus more on Michigan. Obviously, being a dual state agent she is smart. Francee provided great service and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Michigan!

Showed home in 2011 in Granger, IN 46530.
Francee and the At Home Realty Group Team of St. Joseph & Michigan are incredible. When I called her office for the first time on September 15, 2011 her reception (Heather) answered in one of the friendliness manners I've ever experience. She preceeded to set an appointment with me to meet Francee at the At Home Realty - Michigan office. The next day, September 16, 2011, I was greeted at the door by Francee and Heather. Heather made me coffee, and Francee give me a personal tour of the office. She also introduced me to other realtor in the office. All of whom were very friendly. Next, she sat down with me to listen to my needs and wants. She then spent about fours that day showing me the houses in the area to fix what I was looking for. I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly, and highly recommend her as a point of contact to anyone looking for a home in Michiana.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in South Bend, IN.
We were trying to sell our home via short sale. We had one offer on the house which the bank refused to accept after months of negotiations. Francee worked hard on this sale and kept in contact with us to let us know where things were in the process. I know she did her best. The bank was just uncooperative.

Sold a home in 2010.
Great experience overall!! Francee is friendly, prompt, enthusiastic, and easy to work with - she knows the market and the finite details of the complicated process of buying/selling a home and keep you in loop on EVERYTHING. It's awesome!! I chose her orginally because she sold my home to me when I moved into the area and thought she'd have a good sense of things in selling it again. I couldn't have made a better choice!! She does a fabulous job from start to finish!!

Sold a home in 2010.
I have been pleasantly surprised at the personal attention that she has shown to my family during this time. Very knowledgable and always on top of all issues that are being addressed. Has been diligent about keeping us in the loop of all the information. Would recommend to all who are facing unfortunate situations and/or those who would like to work with a true professional.
