Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2012 in Leesburg, FL.
I am writing this review for Frances Post because she really deserves it. I am going through the process of a "Short Sale" which if anyone has ever gone through this process knows it is hell on earth. Frances has been holding my hand through this process. She has been my salvation. If it was up to her alone, my deal would have been done. She is very well versed on the "Short Sale Process" and has advised me along the way on how to move forward. She is always responsive to my calls and my emails. I never have to repeat a call back. Her negotiation skills are very professional. She has been there for me more than my attorney. I have called her many times in tears and she has brought me back. In this "Short Sale Process" we are up against the BANK. Frances has tried above and beyond to deal with the BANK. Frances is ALWAYS proactive. There have been times I would call her to check in and ask questions and not to my surprise, she has already taken care of my concerns. Anyone working wirh Frances is in GOOD HANDS. I highly recommend her. Thank you Frances, Barbara Pizzo

Sold a home in 2012.
Frances Post was recommended to me by the law firm I was working with. I contacted her to see if she could help me sell my condo. Frances contacted me back immediately and set up a time to meet. Once I met her I knew I’d found the right person to list and sell my condo. Frances is extremely knowledgeable in many aspects of real estate. She helped me with a short sale which I knew nothing about. Frances was able to work with my lender and my law firm to make sure the short sale went through smoothly. I was surprised by how quickly everything was completed. She had a buyer lined up right away and she helped get all the approvals needed from the lender.
Frances had a great presence in every aspect of my short sale. She kept me informed and let me know what I needed to do throughout the whole process. I am so happy I had Frances Post to assist me. She made me feel comfortable and at ease at a time I was a little scared and worried. I would recommend hiring Frances Post as a realtor in any aspect of real estate. I definitely plan on working with her in the future!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Punta Gorda, FL.
Frances helped us sell several properties over the last few years. She is professional, organized, prompt and courteous. Frances has great knowledge in the process, whether it is a standard transaction, short sale or foreclosure. When my husband's mother passed away, we asked Frances to list it, even though the property was out of her area. Knowing that most agents like to get the listings, but fail to keep an interest in the property. Not Frances, she gave us regular updates and made suggestions based on the her findings to get the property sold. She was able to negotiate an even better deal that we had previously decided we'd be happy with. We recommend her to all our friends, and will personally use her again for any real estate transactions in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Minneola, FL.
I found Francis Post while I was looking for a home to buy in Florida close to Disney World since I also owned a time share at Disney. I contacted Francis by phone and explained to her that I was from Ocean City Maryland and was just browsing at the moment, because I still had to sell my house before moving to Florida. That did not deter Francis from sending me at least a half a dozen listings everyday for a period of about two months. I finally sold my house and made arrangements with Francis to come down for a week and look at properties. Upon meeting Francis she puts you at ease with her smile, her personality, and enthusiasm for her job. She has the ability to very quickly find out your likes and dislikes for the house you want. One of the traits I really liked about Francis was her complete honesty about every home we looked at---she would explain the pros and cons of each property---she never ever tried to sell me a home---she wanted me to find the one that suited me and my life style! Well after looking at thirty five (35) homes that week ; it was the last day before going back to Ocean City and the very last house I looked at, and it was the one WOW what a week. Talk about dedication and determination you will never find a harder working, honest and caring real estate professional than Francis Post. I would recommend her to anyone to buy or sell a property.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Clermont, FL.
I took a chance by reaching out to a total stranger to assist me with buying a bank owned property. It was the best decision I made! As fate would have it, Frances was my guide, mentor and friend throughout the process. She has a strong understanding of the area, experience in her field and great contacts to help get you started. Frances provided great service in my purchase of a foreclosed home. She gives good advice and is always willing to help with any problems or questions. She provides good referrals and schedules handymen and repair people or meets them at the house if needed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Clermont, FL.
We know Frances through our homeowners organization. Frances demonstrated leadership, creativity and enthusiasm while working on the hospitality committee we served on together. We became aware that Frances was a real estate agent and that she was very proactive for her clients. When our daughter and her husband began their search for their first home, we knew Frances would be the real estate agent we would recommend to them. We, as parents "walked" along side with our daughter and husband as they searched for their first home. Frances worked diligently to help them find the best home in the right location. Frances made herself readily available to answer questions and to view properties at their convenience. France also helped them through the confusion of financing their home. Our daughter and her family just spent their first Christmas in their new home. They couldn't be happier. Thank you Frances for your patience and professionalism.

I cannot think of a better hardworking, honest, and caring real estate professional than Frances Post. I was originally given two agent references for my condo short sale, and choose Frances immediately after speaking with her. As a former healthcare professional, I immediately knew that Frances would be there to stick by me and have my best interests at heart. Because I lived out of state I really needed to find a reliable and empathetic agent, someone who would be available to do whatever was needed to get my short sale done, which is exactly what Frances provided.
The past year and half were very difficult and trying for me, as the banks accepted and then found ways to reject my short sale. Frances gave me hope when I thought there was none and promised to stick by me out of principal, even as the banks were dodging our calls. I would like to thank Frances for her expertise and her over the top commitment to getting my short sale done, especially for driving out to E. Orlando to get an estoppel letter for closing. After 1.5 years I have come to think of Frances as a friend and look forward to using her services again in the future. I would like recommend Frances to anyone who is looking for hardworking and trusting real estate professional to represent them.

Bought a home in 2011.
What can I say, the very BEST Realtor out there!!!! Fances helped us by our home in Clermont, Florida and it was a Short-Sale. Before we found our new home, she showed us many homes without any hesitation whatsoever! It was a very long process however Frances always assured us we would get through this, just to hang on. She was right! We never doubted her but waiting to hear from the bank was sometimes frustrating. She always answered her phone and/or called us right back! We never waited long at all for a return call from her and that I felt was the most important - communication. She's the best and when I sell, if I sell, I will call her back. I highly recommend Frances Post!!!! Thank you Frances :)

Frances has helped us sell three houses.... 2 in 2009 and 1 in 2012 ...she is always helpful....she answers your questions and leads you so you can make the right decisions....She is very good at doing a write up for the advertisement. The realtors we had before her hardly covered the basics...she sees all the good things about a house and puts them in the ad's...that is what is going to sell your home....you won't be disappointed in her abilities...
