Before I describe Francesco's greatness, let me offer this: I am a difficult person in general and was under a lot of pressure (both personally and professionally) when I made this move from VA to NJ. My budget was unrealistic and my wish list was extensive. I was all over the place in what I said I wanted and often went back and forth within a weekend. This is where Francesco excels. He listened to me and understood what was at the heart of everything that I was spitting out. He helped me pick a realistic budget which would allow him to find the important things on my wish-list AND things that I did not even consider (like parking) that was on his radar. When I thought I found my dream home (an embarrassingly small studio with a decent patio and amazing views of NYC)... He didn't blink an eye and showed me an even more amazing 1BR 1.5 Bath, penthouse condo with an even more amazing patio and as nice views... that came with PARKING for roughly the same price ($5,000 more). He was never dismissive of my likes or dislikes, but instead incorporated them into his knowledge of the market and showed me many more hits than misses. I am on the verge of closing on my penthouse and am slightly embarrassed to tell my friends and family that I have moved on up (but not to the East Side, but it is a deluxe apartment... in the sky)!
