finally a breath of fresh air!  no one considers that home APPRECIATION RATES are falling!with that being said on a rent vs. buy basis you will save money by renting.  The number one factor that most of these pundits down tell you is that when home appreciation rates are stable and up at least 1% the homeowner stands to save THOUSANDS as opposed to renting.however with this crisis and DEPRECIATION, it takes home prices and appreciation rates about a year or two to get back to normal levels. 

yea the best advice, contact the manager or broker of record. and if that doesnt work, contact the sellers or buyers attorney for information.  for the most part after the attorney review process and all inspections are completed, your attorney should be your second guy or gal to contact if something like this happens, good luck
