    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $700K in New Hope, PA.
    Frank is a God send to anyone in the Bucks county area selling thier home. I had my home listed for a year before I came to my senses and said I need another agent and found Frank. This time I was going to be careful and selective interview. I was looking for an agent that would proactively help me manage the sale, knew the local market and most importantly had a pipline of interested buyers. Frank is action oriented and always in touch day or night! He sold my home in 1 week!!!

    Since that time we have reccomended him to at least five other friends and each time, Frank moved the home with the same energy. After the sale, we kept in touch and he actually helped me locate an agent in Deleware that helped me buy my new home. Frank did not benifet from this, but truly cared about maintaining his relationship. There is NO way I would not go with Frank again if I had the chance...You are a good guy Frank!    …More Less

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Oreland, PA.
    Frank was one the the nicest, most genuine, and knowledgeable realtors we have dealt with. He has worked with us for a few years not as just a realtor but as a true consultant and relocation specialist. He found our dream home and was a master of negotiation and skill. In addition to the purchase process he recommended mortgage companies, inspection companies, contractors for quotes, etc. This was the smoothest and easiest process because Frank Dolski made it that way, and genuinely.
