    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in La Mesa, CA.
    Frank is the BEST Agents I ever worked with and strongly recommend to get support from him anybody who has to go through this pain short sale process. Not only is he highly knowledgeable about the situation and regulation but also really passionate and sincere. Every time I have any question, he would contact me back immediately and give me an answer or explanation. Our property’s outside wall was pretty bad condition due to water damage and then I’ve worried if I can find any buyers but (and I don’t know how he did it!!) Frank found four buyers total and my short sale completed within a reasonable time. All of delay was caused by our lender but Frank was always on the top of things and contact me regularly and update as well as follow up situation and therefore I always know what is going on. All this difficult time, he was such a great help. Anybody get a support by Frank is really lucky. He will provide you the best business support as well as emotional support with no fee. Lastly my credit score has already started coming back up and go into “Good” condition since Frank make things work so fast.(Like you know the longer Short sale takes, the worse the credit score would be damaged and your lender try to pull this dirty trick).     I called Frank Palumbo when I knew the best thing for me was to do a short sale on my condo. I called him on a Sunday and thought that I would have to leave a message but he actually answered the phone!
