Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $175K in Evans, GA.
I moved to Evans from Albany,Ga. The house that I previously owned sold quicker than I had expected so Fred and I did a lot of long distance communication for a while, only having weekends to come up and look at houses. Fred's knowledge , professional approach, and enthusiasm through the whole process was amazing. She was always available no matter what time for questions or concerns that aroused. Not only did I find the right home, but found a professional that has a lot of pride in her chosen field.
I have purchased 4 homes in Augusta in 26 yrs and always used the same agent so I was reluctant to use Fred. She turned out to be fantastic. My wife and I were not the easiest clients to please but Fred never quit on us. She worked her behind off until we found the house we wanted. We were very happy with her work and even happier to have this wonderful Lady and Christian as a dear friend. You will not find a harder worker in all the CSRA
Fred was referred to us by a friend and we could not have wished for a better referral. She is awesome. Very helpful, knowledgable and always friendly. We never had the feeling we were rushed into things. We looked at a lot of houses until we narrowed them down to a few and then we went over those again. She was always available if we had any questions (still now she is). She understood our needs and accommodated them. She is a very sweet lady.
Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $200K in Grovetown, GA.
Fred was the most helpful and user friendly agent I'd ever met. She was concerned with making sure that both mine and my son's wants were met when she selected the houses to show us. She knows here job inside and out and she always places her clients needs first. She is truly the best!
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Academy Baker Ave, Augusta, GA.
Fred is the most amazing realtor we could have ever asked for. She helped us through the proccess of buying our first home and could not have been better. Fred made herself constantly availiable and went far beyond our expectations in helping us towards our goal. Through every twist and turn, she was right there making sure everything ran smoothly and worked out in our best interest. She made sure we were treated fairly and got the best value possible. And, she was an enjoyable person to spend so much time with over the couple months we were working on buying our home. I have recommended her to everyone that I can and continue to carry her cards with me just in case I can pass one along. Even since closing, she has continued to be a resource for us. Should we need to work with a realtor again in the future, she will be our only choice.
Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $175K in North Augusta, SC.
My wife and I moved to the area a little more than 4 years ago and Fred handled our search for a home. She spent four complete days with us (in her personal vehicle) searching in both the Aiken and North Augusta areas for a suitable place that met our requirements and budget. Fred did her homework in advance and was well prepared on day one. We didn't spend a lot of time wondering around and searching aimlessly from place to place. She was very professional and a very nice person to work with. As a matter of fact I recommended Fred to another colleague who also relocated to this area in 2007. Fred assisted my coworker with the purchase of her home in Aiken.
I have known fred for 5 years and she is the best agent. She went above and beyond the call of duty, when we bought and sold our house in Georgia. She still keeps in touch with us to see how we are doing. If you need to buy a house or sell one, call Fred, you will not regret it. There is no one I would trust more when it comes to real estate..

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in West Side, Augusta, GA.
Buying our first home was a very scary experience. We had called a few agents when we saw homes listed in papers and such, but they weren't as friendly as the lady we called last. Fred was extremely bubbly and happy to help us right away. She was always professional and not only showed us the homes we wished to look at, but encouraged us to see others that we hadn't thought to be something we wanted. She gave us tips and tricks along the way to help us choose a location that was right for our family. In the end, we purchased an amazing home in a wonderful neighborhood and in a fabulous school district.
We are VERY happy here and are even more happy with our experience with Fred. We have referred her to several people and even had her speak at our organization so that others can benefit from the knowledge she possesses.
