Gwen's negotiating and listening skills plus her extensive finance background give her clients a unique agent who is not only responsive to their needs but also an efficient and effective advocate for their real estate needs.  Buying or selling a house or condo has many pitfalls but Gwen will guide you through the process while making it seem effortless.

Gwen began her real estate career in 2001 after a long, successful career at a French commercial bank in New York.  She has an MBA in International Finance from Pace University and an undergraduate degree in German from Occidental College.  She speaks German and French fluently, loves to travel and is an avid equestrian.  She, her husband and their wire-haired Dachshund live in Montclair.

Gwen is active in listing, selling and property management in Montclair, Glen Ridge, Verona, Bloomfield, Maplewood, South Orange, West Orange, Belleville, Clifton and Wayne.

She has repeatedly achieved Salesperson of the Month at Rhodes, Van Note.  In addition, she has received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Silver in 2004&2008 and Bronze in 2002, 2003, 2005-07.

In 2007, Gwen achieved the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation. giving her an edge when advising buyers.  In 2003, she achieved the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, allowing her to assist those clients over 50 years old with estate planning and tax considerations when buying or selling property.
