Me and my wife found Francine Tibbbetts online while we were reading reviews about the real estate professionals. We must say that we are very happy that we met her. First of all, when we called her she scheduled the appointment right on the second day, so we did not have to wait a week or so. On the first our meeting she answered all our questions, besides she gave us lots of information on how to make the search of the house, what do the certain abbreviations mean in the add of the house, how does the financial side work and what the first time home buyers should know. Francine also gave us some papers to read so we could get more familiar with the terms and the whole procedure of buying the house.
Second when Francine got what type of house we wanted, she is doing the search constantly and sends us some new listings every time there is something new on the market. Whenever we like the home she schedules the time to see the house right away. She is always responsible and just a nice person to talk with. She really cares about her customers and consider their needs. Francine is truly knowledgeable in some aspects and easily sees what is wrong with the house while a first time home buyer does not see. Comparing to other agents Francine responsibly does her work, while some other just promise and do nothing. We wish all real estate agents were like Francine responsible, knowledgeable, full of care and we would HIGHLY recommend her to our friends and especially to those who are the first time home buyers.…More Less

Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Byberry, Philadelphia, PA.
Within an hour of requesting more information about a house we saw on line we received a call from Francine. She sounded very excited and energetic. We looked at the house we originally liked and Francine suggested we look at other houses. She showed us a bunch of homes within our budget, size and style that we were looking for. Francine listed our house and we had immediate interest. She had advertised it amazingly well. After some time looking we bid on a house and Francine negotiated a great deal. Francine had done comparisons of homes in the area, on what had recently sold and at what price. Our house sold in two months and we are closing on our new home shortly. We would recommend Francine to a buyer or seller as she is extremely knowledgeable. We are very happy that we used Francine and would recommend her to friends and family.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Bensalem, PA.
Francine was great from the start. She was very motivated which was very helpful to me as there were times when I didn't feel like looking at homes. I was able to feed of the energy and keep searching. The knowledge of the area was also excellent. Once she understood the type of house I wanted, she would provide recommendations on if a particular property was a good fit for me or not. I also appreciated the constant communication we had. She would provide response asap and was very flexible when we visited homes. I high recommend Francine for your Real Estate needs and I wish her all the luck going forward.…More Less
