When I represent a Homeowner, my responsibilities include planning, orchestrating, marketing, consulting and servicing the needs of my clients. This includes creating a marketing campaign, showing the property, qualifying buyers and handling all phases of the sale. I run one of the largest real estate offices in Brooklyn with over 25 full time agents.

My expertise is in producing marketing campaigns, which bring about multiple bids on my client's property.

I am responsible for all advertising efforts, training and support of agents, plus expediting contracts and closings.

In addition, I am a licensed Loan Officer for a Mortgage Broker, allowing me to pre-qualify buyers for mortgages and run their credit reports.

When working with buyers I offer sincerity and straight forward answers. I can help you prepare a budget and find out what financing options are available based on your qualifications, wants and needs. I will also help you prepare a strategy on how to locate your dream home and make sure you get it!
