Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Sanford, FL.
Russie is the absolute best. When Russie had everything ready, my house went on the market and I had 3 offers in 5 days. I had a contract in 8 days for more much more than I expected. Russie is always available for questions. I e-mailed her a question at 10:00 pm, hoping for an answer the next day. My answer came in 10 minutes.
Trust Russie's advice. Let her guide you and you WILL get the best results possible. There is a reason Russie has such a good sales record. It's called hard work.
