My real estate experience began in the late 70''s/early 80''s when I negotiated land acquisitions for an investor/developer. My college academics were my first priority and after graduating Summa Cum Laude, I entered the corporate world, advancing into executive level positions. My passion has always been real estate, but my family felt I would be wasting my education. After much coaxing by my husband I returned to real estate in 2004 and have since helped and guided many in the proper pursuit of the American Dream.
I take my career very seriously and will only conduct business with the highest level of ethics and integrity. I never focus on money or commissions. I have one goal, and that is to help my customer find the best home at the best price, regardless of how long it may take. If the right home is out there, I will find it, and give my honest opinion of value, construction quality, neighborhood, and tax assessments.
Our Military and first time buyers are particularly important to me. It is imperative that I find a home with "acquisitional gain" or proper timing in the market. This is the only way to set them on the right path for building equity and growing their wealth. It takes a tremendous amount of work and patience, but there is no greater joy in this business. More importantly, what greater honor could I have than helping the brave men & women who sacrifice so much to protect my freedom. We really can''t do enough, but I will do everything I can.
My roots in the Temecula Valley go way back to when my grandfather was the town ranger for the Butterfield Stage that passed through. My family still owns several avocado groves in the De Luz area and I live in Wine Country. I have watched this town grow into a well managed city with a strong sense of community. There is so much to do here, we have Old Town, Wine Country, Pechanga Resort & Casino, Balloon & Wine Festival, Vail Lake, Lake Skinner, award winning schools, phenomenal restaurants and endless activities for every age group. I couldn''t imagine living or raising my family anywhere else.
I invite you to come and see "My Temecula". I am sure that you will feel the same way about this wonderful city.
