Bought a home in 2013.
From the very start of my interactions with Gina I was confident that I made the prudent decision to have her represent me as both a buyer's agent as well as a seller's agent. I have worked with real estate agents in the past on both sides of the fence and I can attest with confidence that Gina is the creme de la creme. She is at all times professional in her demeanor and affect but is so affable that you nearly forget you are in a client role. Her knowledge of the real estate market and all it's workings is second to none. I trust her implicitly and respect her judgement at all times. She has worked to make a potentially stressful experience (buying and selling property) into, I dare say, an enjoyable and educational one. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Mastic Beach, NY.
Gina helped us put our storm wrecked house behind us faster then we could have ever imagined . I have been in sales for 7yrs and Gina's ability to move my home amazed me I knew I had to use her for my purchase. I am going to make sure I pass her card to anyone I know looking to purchase

I have been working with Gina Ferraro since last year when I contacted her via the internet. She was the only realtor out of over 20 I contacted that called me back almost immediately and I was very impressed. I was in contract with a home she found for me and unfortunately I was unable to buy the home due to issues with a short sale bank. Gina's patience, consistent communication and help through the entire process was absolutely amazing! We have continued our search for a home and without fail Gina stayed in contact with me since our cancelled contract last year and has since found many homes for us to preview currently. Gina has communicated with me in detail about the homes we have seen and helped me understand the process of each circumstance we have faced and is currently helping me move forward to put an offer in a home that I didn't think I would like. Her attention to detail, and creativity in pointing out ideas for future use and decor in a home has been extremely helpful in my decision making.
