Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2013 in Carlsbad, CA.
They were a pleasure to deal with. 10 X better than Coldwell Banker. They did
everything to make this sale happen. They corrected all the mistakes of the selling agent from C-B. I would recommend them every day.

Gallagher and Gallagher did an excellent job of marketing my home and getting it in front of qualified buyers in a very thin market. I was pleased with their performance and execution of the deal. Good team. Good people.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.35M in Encinitas, CA.
I had listed earlier my property with another one of the top Real Estate Agencies on three different occasions, but my home was not sold during these periods. This could have been in part due to the very slow housing market. When I listed my property, thereafter, with the Gallaghers, my home was sold withinn the first six months. The gallaghers and their associates did a marvellous job, from staging the home for sale, to showing the home, to processing the final sale. The team which Michael Gallagher assigned for all these processes was outstanding in every respect. I cannot but prais each and everyone of them; and thank all of them for an outstanding job. Despite the stresses that came with the selling process, Michael and his team, in particular, Kathy Harrington, made it much more pleasant to survive it. I recommend the team total heartedly. On a scale from 1-10, 10 being best, I would score Michael's team at "15". I wish them all the best.
