Gabrielle was great to work with. She listened to our criteria and found us a great home within one week. She made every step easy to understand and helped us through everything right up to the closing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Concord, NC.
So, I want to buy a house. I spend time on Zillow finding ideas and I decide I want to see a house. I click on Gabrielle's name and send an email. Within 10 minutes she's calling me to set up an appointment. 2 hours later we're looking at the houses I selected. Gabrielle was very knowledgeable about the area I wanted to be and was ready to make recommendations to view other homes. Never did I feel pressured by her. Some friends of hers had called her several weeks prior suggesting they wanted to list their home. She calls them, sets up the appointment for us to go in and BOOM it's a match! I found my house. In the process of searching she recommends the mortgage lender she favors and they are my new lender. Gabrielle is the best in the profession. In fact within 2 or 3 showings she knew where I needed to look for my home. She was very attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. I not only recommend Gabrielle, I will refer all my friends, realities, acquaintances, and anyone else that says they're looking for a home to her. I'm an owner 45 days after meeting her. Made an offer 17 days from the initial meeting.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Concord, NC.
Gabrielle has the reputation as an outstanding agent for the Moss Creek area. We brought her in for a pre-listing meeting several months in advance of our need to move. At that time it was clear the Gabrielle was the right agent for us, but that we had some time before our home needed to be listed. Gabrielle has a very deep knowledge of the market, the homes available and their comparable value.
Two weeks later we got a follow-up call from her that she had some buyers that possibly had interest in our home and would very likely be willing to rent our home back to us after closing. We agreed to allow the showing, 3 days later we had an offer on the home, then a contract and within a month our home was closed. It was not imaginable that we could sell our home without even a sign in the yard. Along the way Gabrielle guided the process. We are now happily renting our home while our new home is being built. We will have no worries about showing or selling in the coming months and the have confidence that we sold at a price reflective of the market.

Gabrielle is one of the hardest working individuals I know. As soon as my wife and I met her, we could get a sense that she was the person that could understand our situation and help us find a home that fits our needs. She was more than patient with all of our questions through our initial attempt to buy a short sale. Even though the deal fell through, she still kept other opportunities in mind for us and provided different properties that fit what we wanted and were looking for. She always took the time to return every call and e-mail and made us feel like we were always her top priority.
Gabrielle eventually showed us a house (still in the framing stage of construction) and helped us envision our future home. Even though we couldn’t picture what the house looked like in this stage, we felt comfortable enough to trust that she understood our needs and what we wanted. After many e-mails back and forth negotiating with the builder, we arrived at such a great deal even the project manager of our home was surprised by the price.
We are now (mostly) settled into our new house which is a perfect fit for our soon to be family of four + our two dogs. Being in the sales business myself, I know that the highest compliment I receive has always been a referral of a friend or a family member. Ever since we signed the sales agreement in November 2012, I have not stopped telling people I know about how Gabrielle is the only person you will ever need to talk to when it comes to real estate. I feel confident in saying that she is the perfect real estate agent and someone who genuinely takes an interest in understanding your situation and what you want in your next home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Concord, NC.
We contacted Gabrielle when I was thinking about relocating to Florida for a new job. She knew the market very well and I had seen other homes that she had listed in our neighborhood sell very quickly. Within days we had several offers and closed in December. Gabrielle was an excellent negotiator and I appreciated that she cared for my family and doing what was best for us. I would highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone moving into the Charlotte/Concord surrounding area.

It was just wonderful working with Gabrielle! She's efficient, hard working and pleasant to work with, and not pushy or overbearing.
She has excellent associates and team members and avails herself of all support and communication tools and networks to make an unusually cumbersome process these days run as smoothly as possible.
She has an easy-going personality and is fun to talk with, yet make no mistake about it: this woman is SERIOUS about every aspect of her business and all of her clients' needs!
We would highly recommend anyone considering selling a home to contact Gabrielle's Team, and we are certain to do the same for our future needs.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Huntersville, NC.
No matter what the circumstances are, selling a home is stressful.
We hired Gabrielle in April 2011 and can’t say enough about her professionally and on a personal level. Her work ethic is top notch and her attention to detail is unmatched. She walked us through every aspect of preparing our home for sale, managing appointments, contracts, keeping buyers in the “game” through approval process and so much more. She always, always was our advocate even in dual agency status making it acceptable for both parties and truly ensuring all parties were taken care of honestly and fully. Even with her great success of listing and selling so many homes in the Charlotte region and having a busy family life, she always picked up the phone to provide us updates and often just to check on us to ensure we were weathering the process of selling our home. We asked many tough questions throughout process and she consistently made sure we had an answer; even if it was out of her scope she found us a resource and/or answer. She balances her high degree of integrity and professionalism with a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend anyone who is selling or buying a home to provide Gabrielle and her husband Mike the opportunity to review and/or list/sell with them. For anyone in the Concord, NC area, ESPECIALLY MOSS CREEK, Gabrielle and Mike Carneglia are the ONLY agents to go with! Their in depth personal knowledge of the market, the area, and especially the specific subdivision of Moss creek, makes the choice a no brainer. Gabrielle is a professional who makes the entire process understandable, smooth and efficient. She also handles difficult situations with class and poise. She held our hand through a very frustrating sale and made the experience easier for us to cope with. I am glad we chose her as our agent, and I am 100% confident we sold our home so quickly and for the realsitic amount we expected because of her expeience and expertise!

Gabrielle gives advice, but in the end you are still making the decisions. She guides you into her experience in realestate and it is very helpful.
