Having Sharyn as my broker is one of the most positive experiences I've had in the home-buying process. I was a total newbie and didn't realize that closing costs and hidden fees vary across lenders. When I found GSF, I thought it was a scam they offered rebates as I'd never heard of it before--other brokers never mentioned it and when I did, suddenly they also had this bonus. Sharyn and GSF were upfront and very clear from day 1, had the best interest rate and closing fees and were professional yet friendly. She walked me through the process, and was very patient through several offers that fell through over a 2 year period. Highly, highly recommended!

My husband and I just refinanced our home and after a poor experience and a long drawn out process with another lender, we found Sharyn Dicarlo. She was extremely competent and kept us informed of every step in the process. She was able to answer all our questions throughout each step and was always extremely professional. Sharyn and her team were able to process our loan in under 30 days! Thank you again to Sharyn and her team.

It was great experience working with Eileen Million. She is very helpful, patient and responsive. She always picks up her phone, even late at night, answering my numerous questions. With her help, we got an awesome rate with refunds. She even gave us some credits which was not promised when we started working with her. How nice is that? My loan was approved 10 days before the closing date with no complication. I am glad to choose working with her. If I am buying another house in the future, I will definitely go back to her.

Sharyn Dicarlo is amazing. Very competant and treated my file like it was her own. She was able to give me all the options available to me and helped me choose the best one for me. She was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls even when is was late in the evening.

Closed purchase loan.
I recently closed on a new home purchase loan house with GSF as my lender. They turned around a loan from start till release of funds/ closing in under 25 days. I had originally decided to get a loan from the builder themselves but they raised interest rates on me right as the house was nearing completion (30 days out) stating a recent increase in rates. I searched on Zillow and contacted two lenders. The other lender told me immediately they could not process a loan from start through finish in under 30 days but Jennifer Geiger at GSF was sure they could. In the end, we were delayed by 2 days (as the builder was unable to finish the house fast enough!). I also cannot say enough goods things about Jenni. She followed up with underwriters, appraiser, and even the builder to make sure we hit our closing date. All of this was without requiring me to prod her! She also provided daily updates on progress. Thank you Jenni & GSF, you guys are fantastic!

Mike and GSF team helped me with my home loan recently. No doubt GSF team is very impressive and professional with the work. They have a dedicated team. They never made me feel I was out of the loop and met my strict deadline with buying a condo. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hassle free home loan.

I worked with Sharyn DiCarlo at GSF on a refinance of an existing home loan. I highly recommend working with her, I would absolutely call her again if I need other financing products.
She is very knowledgable about the products and rules regarding mortgages. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to fully understand what the options were and she was happy to walk through the scenarios with me.
Her style is very direct and no-nonsense. She did not try to 'sell me' on any one product. She was happy to review other offers I got from other brokers during my shopping phase and she answered all my questions. She is very responsive and really worked hard for my business.
During the process, the details of my situation changed a few times but she worked with me to get the best scenario for us, and I'm really happy with the end result.

Mike was able to answer all our questions in purchasing our new home which made the whole experience worry free .We were able to raise our credit rating with the help of a credit restoration company to the level we needed to get our mortgage thank you !
