Bought a home in 2012.
My fiance and I recently purchased our first home and could not have done it as efficiently, without the help of Gabriel. He patiently listened, and thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns. Gabriel guided us through every step of the process giving us his honest advice so that we could make the best decision. Gabriel is knowledgeable, highly professional and conducts business in a fast and efficient manner. Gabriel also genuinely cares about the well being of his clients. With so many different options to choose from in today's real estate market Gabriel is definitely the agent to choose if you want to get things done with a trusted and experienced professional. We are very happy that we chose Gabriel.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Revere, MA.
Gabriel was very helpful knows what hes doing quick to answer any qustions I had and get me information when needed. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Showed home in 2012 in Stoneham, MA.
Gabriel is definately the best realtor I have dealt with all these years (too many to count). He was professional, responsive, helpful and honest even though he represent the seller in our last encounter.
I was really impressed on how professional he was even when the deal fell through (no fault from him and he tried his best).

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Methuen, MA.
Gabriel is a very dedicated and hardworking. he helped me a lot in the search of my home and was very helpful for the purchase of my home.

Sold a home in 2011.
Gabe was the agent that acted as the broker on the sale of my house. He was GREAT he worked hard to make sure issues were resolved and made sure the process was smooth. I would highly recommend him if I was buying or selling a house.

Bought a home in 2011.
My wife and met Gabriel when we requested a look at a listing he had and immediately were impressed with his knowledge of the area and the insight he had on new properties coming onto the market. After we had called and asked him to review another property, he began telling us about similar types of properties that he thought we may be interested in.
When our circumstances changed and we began to look at Multi-family homes, he was more than willing to adapt our search and offer assistance on loan programs that would help us. After property evaluations, negotiations and introducing us to several contractors, we are now very happy in our new home.
Gabriel was a great asset during our home search!
