Sold a home in 2012.
Gail has been my agent twice. And would use her again. Her knowledge of both sides of the selling and buying process made things less stressful . She is always one step ahead of everything that needs to be done.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Sherwood, AR.
Gail did a fantastic job for us under, in my opinon, very difficult circumstances. She even helped clean some of the house on her own to help get it ready for showing. All in all, a great job and would use Gail again or recommend her highly to anyone.
