Gail Hughes Galli is now happily living in Florida. Although Gail was born and raised in Connecticut, she has always enjoyed living near the sun and sea. After graduating from Baylor University, she lived and taught school in Manhattan. Soon after, she moved to Puerto Rico, where she raised her two sons. She also had a vacation home in Colorado in the Rocky Mountains, which gave the family ample opportunity to enjoy all the outdoor sports, sun, and beauty of the Rockies, but then return to the island of Puerto Rico.
When Gail was living full time in Colorado, she had her own real estate company. However, she did miss the ocean and ultimately moved to one West Palm's historical districts, Flamingo Park, where she once again remodeled a house with potential and enjoyed living the close knot community for some time. She is able to see what a house could be with a bit of help here and there. Now, she and her husband are enjoying living in historical El Cid, with their dog, Moxie.
Going the extra mile is not a problem for Gail. If there is an estate sale and items must be distributed, she will assist in trying to put the transaction together. A potential buyer once declared that he wanted a "lyrical house". As she listened more, she was able to translate that to a positive experience for the buyer when she found "it" and he said, "that's it!".
Gail feels fortunate that we have such great artistic opportunities in the Palm Beaches. She is a photographer and enjoys going to the "Salon at the Armory", exhibits at the Norton Museum of Art, lectures at the Four Arts, an evening at the opera, or listening to a good jazz group.
Gail has a personal understanding of the real estate market in the Palm Beaches in both residential and investment properties. She looks forward to listening to what your real estate needs may be and assisting you in reaching your goals.
