I have dealt with Gail Whitney now on several property transactions and I am pleased to recommend her for her knowledge and ability to keep you grounded during trying economic times. She was able to help us make great decisions in an area that our expertise was limited. When I met Gail several years ago she was just our real estate agent now she is a FRIEND.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in Griswold, CT.
My husband and I worked with Gail for a full year, and she was very helpful in all areas of home buying. She was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering questions we had, getting back to us quickly, and showed us countless homes until we were able to find the perfect first home! Both my husband and I highly recommend Gail, and look forward to working with her again someday!

Gail came highly recommended to me, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to others. My house sold in about 3 months in the midst of a tough market, with identical houses as mine on the same street selling for less. Outstanding.

Her expertise and professionalism as a real estate agent has made our experience as buyers and ultimately sellers of real estate a positive one. Gail did an excellent job advertising our property, and tirelessly spent every weekend holding an open house to bring in potential buyers. Gail was conscientious in providing us feedback every time our property was shown or inquired about. She was successful in making our entire process of selling our home as painless as possible. Gail is a professional in every sense of the word.When we say there were problems with our closing we mean problems that came straight out of left field.Gail kept saying"just breathe".I'm completely sure that this deal would've fallen apart without her expierience,dilligence and integrity.She was with us each day,every day.
Gail is truly an asset to the real estate community and we reccomend her to any one interested in buying or selling a home.

Can't go wrong with Gail Whitney! Very knowledgeable about the Norwich area. We've worked with her on the purchase and sale of several properties in the Norwich area over the last 20 years, and have always felt we were in great hands with Gail!

HELPED US IN SECURING THE HOUSE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE AREA ALSO ABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT WERE REQUIRED. KEEP IN MIND THAT SHE WAS THE AGENT FOR THE SELLER.
