I started my property search from out of state, so I had to rely heavily on the internet. After researching all the companies in town I found myself using the allisonables.com website daily. There is no comparison between her site and others in town when it comes to searching for homes. I decided to contact her to see if she could help me. She responded in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. She set up appointments for me at the homes I liked the day that I arrived in Gainesville. Allison was very helpful in every respect when helping me purchase my first home. I contacted her first because of her excellent website design (which I think has improved since then). Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $75k in Gainesville, FL.Summary:
I was in an extremely tight spot, I could no longer afford to pay the mortgage on my condo after moving away from Gainesville and needed to short sale the property. I wasted nearly 8 months with two other realtors that didn't care about my situation and were happy to list my property and watch it go into foreclosure. After contacting Allsion, she assured me that she could get the sale done and went to work immediately. I had my first offer on the property after only a week of listing it with Allison. She was very sensitive to my difficult situation and kept me informed throughout every step of the process.
