Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Casas Adobes, Tucson, AZ.

Due to a divorce I could no longer afford my home. I had no choice but to sell it, and knowing that my house was only worth about 50% of what I owed on it, I knew I would have to do a short sale. When I first met with Maria I kept saying "if my house sells." Maria said, "Not if, but when. We WILL sell your house." I had a 2 mortgages with 2 separate companies, which meant double the work for Maria. The 1st mortgage company was reluctant to say the least, but she didnt give up. She was determined to help me out of my situation. After a long and lengthy process (through no fault of Maria's) she was able to negotiate with both mortgage companies and come to a decision they both agreed on. We just signed the final paperwork today and I am ecstatic! Had it not been for Maria I probably would have given up and walked away months ago. But she said she would sell my house, and she kept her promise. I would (and already have) recommend Maria to anyone. She understands the difficult situations homeowners are in and works tirelessly to get us through them.  More Less
