    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.125M in Sherwood, OR.
    The Gardner Team is professional and go the extra mile to do a good job. Their marketing of our property was outstanding. Jason is a personable hard working realtor and a pleasure to work with. Amber is too. We have bought and sold homes before and they are the best. Hands down, the best!

    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Sherwood, OR.
    Jason provided excellent service for us. I had been working with another realtor and decided to move on after she keep showing me the same few houses...Jason showed me 4 new places on the day after I contacted him and then called me to show a house new on the market that he felt met my wants and needs. Indeed, I saw the home and made an offer that night.He showed me around the community I selected and gave me some information on its history. He gets the market and what the customer needs.
