Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Our Agent, Mr. Wolf Parker, is an excellent Realtor. He helped to guide us through the process as both first time home buyers and as persons new to the Ft. Knox area. He was always available for us, very patient, and made time in his schedule to show us 30+ houses.
Mr. Parker expressed a genuine concern for our satisfaction, as he often provided information that would not readilly be on our minds, for example, homes built by contractors that had a history of problems and lawsuits, homes that were in the vicinity of garbage dumps or sewage plants, or homes that tended to be in areas that were not consistent with our needs. His sincerity showed me that he is truly concerned about his clients and not just about making a profit.
I would immediately recommend Wolf to any friends or associates coming to this area that were looking to purchase a home.
