Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Lompoc, CA.
This is the second time that we have worked with Gary and we would highly recommend him. He always made us feel like we were his most important clients and he made time for us even on short notice. Helped me rent a home.
We were looking for a new place to rent and were under a bit of stress since we had to find something quickly before leaving the country on vacation. I saw a listing by Gary and reached out but was unfortunately too late. No worries though, he asked all the right questions and then quickly pulled together a new list of properties that fit my needs. He ended up flagging a property just minutes after it was listed and we were able to swoop in to see it that night and get that paperwork rolling.
