Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Lompoc, CA.

Helped me rent a home.
We were looking for a new place to rent and were under a bit of stress since we had to find something quickly before leaving the country on vacation. I saw a listing by Gary and reached out but was unfortunately too late. No worries though, he asked all the right questions and then quickly pulled together a new list of properties that fit my needs. He ended up flagging a property just minutes after it was listed and we were able to swoop in to see it that night and get that paperwork rolling. Bought a home in 2013.
Gary was very knowledgeable and highly responsive. He did an excellent job of managing all the normal glitches that occur with buying a house, resulting in a very smooth process for us.
