Bought a home in 2012.
I had met Chirag at one of his listings I found online. I currently had an agent whom was helping me sell my home. From the moment met Chirag I realized all agents were not the same. His knowledge about the market instantly stood out. Even though he new I had an agent he took the time to give me the right information I needed to know when selling and buying. In the end I worked with Chirag and he help me find the perfect home. He got me a great deal. I have recommend him to friends and family.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in New Rochelle, NY.
It’s always difficult when it’s time to move your aging parents – or grandparents – out of their home and into something that’s more manageable for them. But having a realtor that’s compassionate, relatable, and dedicated makes the transition much, much easier. That’s what Chirag was to us: more than a realtor, but a family friend during a tough time. He had some great ideas about marketing the house, and was able to get it sold relatively quickly, at asking price. If and when I need to engage a realtor again, he’ll be the first call I make, and I would feel very comfortable recommending him to friends and colleagues.

Sold a Cooperative home in 2013 in Mount Vernon, NY.
Chirag provide great service throughout the transaction. He was in constant communication with me and always keep me updated to what was going on. He had a lot of out of the box marketing ideas that were very useful in attracting buyers to my property. I am very happy with his negotiation skills and the service provided. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a cutting edge Realtor with great negoation skills.

Helped me rent a Cooperative home in New Rochelle, NY.
Chirag was extremely helpful is helping me find an apartment. The apartment I landed up deciding to rent was in a co-op building. They have so many forms and processes that you need to follow during the application process. I would have been completely lost without Chirag's help. He was so knowledgable about the process and was easily accessible any time I had a question. He made the whole experience so easy for me.

Took us around over many weeks across Westchester and showed us dozens of properties to address our requirements. It was a huge learning process for us that he sat through patiently. Also helped us bid on and inspect three homes.

I have worked with Chirag in finding two of my previous apartments. He was able to find me the perfect place that I needed at the time, and was interested and eager to work with me regarding what I wanted, as opposed to what many brokers do which is offer what they want to.

I had an apartment for rent in Yonkers in my investment property I found Chirag Shah on the Internet .we hit it off great he very knowledgeable .we took are time renting it to the right people.that was about 6 or 7 months ago my tenants are great he did a great job for me.great person to know

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Port Chester, NY.
Bought our first home with the help of Chirag, but he also helped us from the very beginning of the process. Chirag educated us on what we could actually afford, because we were pretty clueless starting out. We currently live in a dream of a home, one that we can't ever imagine moving out of. What's interesting was that we didn't even have it picked out on our list of homes to look at; Chirag had heard about it and thought we might like it. It was love at first sight, and Chirag helped us seal the deal quickly, and at a fair price for all involved!

While looking for an apartment to rent, Chirag Shah of Gateway Realty could not have been more helpful. His dedication, professionalism and attention to detail was far more than I could have asked for, and with his help I settled into an apartment I loved and wouldn't have been able to find on my own. Chirag helped me purchase my first home. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate professional. He was always there when I needed him, very knowledgable and always friendly. I came away from my experience with a new house and a new friend.
