I recently purchased a house in San Jose with the help from Geeta. The overall experience with Geeta was pleasant. What impressed me the most is her responsiveness to my requests and questions. She is very patient and thinks from my perspectives. More importantly, I think Geeta has a valuable and rare quality where she didn't push me for any purchase and truely wanted me to find the right house. Procedure-wise, Geeta demonstrated expertise and efficiency. Her local knowledge is comprehensive and she was able to find houses that better fit my needs. She documents everything via email and operates strictly by the books, making sure that little risk is taken to protect the buyer.

Our first experience with Geeta Phadte started when asked her to help buy our new house. She was exceedingly patient and supportive throughout the entire process.
Her efficiency combined with her attention to detail made the buying process fast and stress-free. Thanks to Geeta we are now in a home we love.
We were so pleased with Geeta that we asked her to work with us again to sell our condo. This was not an easy task since our condo was undergoing major reconstruction which made the process of showing the condo and qualified buyers difficult. Regardless, Geeta diligently focused on selling and found us a good buyer. She then went above and beyond the call of duty to help the buyer and their agent close the sale in a timely manner.
