We just closed a foreclosure single family home at San Jose with Geeta. I would highly recommend her. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $500K in North Valley, San Jose, CA.Summary:
I recently purchased a house in San Jose with the help from Geeta. The overall experience with Geeta was pleasant. What impressed me the most is her responsiveness to my requests and questions. She is very patient and thinks from my perspectives. More importantly, I think Geeta has a valuable and rare quality where she didn't push me for any purchase and truely wanted me to find the right house. Procedure-wise, Geeta demonstrated expertise and efficiency. Her local knowledge is comprehensive and she was able to find houses that better fit my needs. She documents everything via email and operates strictly by the books, making sure that little risk is taken to protect the buyer.
